Agnes Veronica Cozzi, nee Yerbich, born January 13, 1924 died peacefully at home on June 14, 2012. Her keen sense of humor, sharp wit, and devotion to her family will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Agnes was a passionate Cubs fan and devoted sports fan to all the many teams her children and grandchildren participated in. Her many hobbies included gardening, card playing, cross-word puzzles, stitchery and most recently singing in the 5:30 pm choir at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish. Her strong spirit and loving nature continue on in her six children, fourteen grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Frank Cozzi, and 11 siblings, Agnes is
survived by her brother Fabian Yerbich of Nebish, Minnesota, her six children:Albert (Tammy), Frank (Josephine), Michael (Karen), Greg (Colleen), Terri (John)Freeman, Dorese Goldsmith (Jim Hoselton) and many loving relatives, nieces,nephews, cousins and friends.
