Mr. Robert Dorgan age 64 passed away on April 14, 2012 at home after a courageous fight against cancer. Bob was born on Feb. 20, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois to Robert and Shirley (Schomer) Dorgan. He married Peggy Bachmann Cook on Feb. 21, 1976 in Rock Island, Illinois. Bob was employed in various salaried and management positions at International Harvester, Teledyne Continental Motors, Johnson Technology, Howmet, General Dynamics and retired from TGW Ermanco as Plant Manager. He enjoyed photography, fishing and his grandchildren Mazarine Linderman, Madyson and Griffin Dorgan, and Lukas and Jude Cook who survive him. He is also survived by his wife Peggy and sons Christopher Cook (Heather) of North Yarmouth, Maine and Michael Dorgan of Muskegon, MI, his mother Shirley, nieces and nephews and sisters and brothers –in-law and his dog Scooter. He was preceded in death by his father Robert and sister Linda Brady.
